Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-Order & Custom JewelryThese pieces take 3–6 weeks to create before shipping.This time allows for craftsmanship, quality checks, and careful packaging. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.If There’s an Issue With Your DeliveryDamaged Items:Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.
Missing Packages:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 5 business days so we can help file a claim.
